Porter service is provided Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM by the night janitorial staff, with the exception of noted holidays.
These services include nightly dusting, cleaning, vacuuming, sanitizing and mopping. In addition, window washing, spot removal and mini-blind cleaning are performed on an established basis. Special services such as carpet shampooing, floor waxing and polishing are available at the tenant's expense by calling the Management Office for scheduling.
To ensure satisfactory performance by the janitorial contractor, inspections will be made by the Management Office in the common areas and in tenant spaces. We encourage you to notify us immediately by calling the office at (561) 383-2400 when a concern arises regarding the janitorial service. This will allow us to address the problem immediately.
